PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed after 6pm, will be processed the following day. For orders placed on a non working day (Saturday or Sunday) will be processed on Monday.

** Free Delivery is not available for you are located in a remote area you may incur an additional charge. If this is the case the cost will be automatically calculated by our system at the checkout phase. All delivery times are approximate and can be delayed due to circumstances out side of our control. All prices do not include customs tax

We have a number of premium services if you would like to upgrade

We currently offer 3 types of delivery service :
express delivery for most country (US or european) in 3-15 working days;
stand delivery for most country (US or european) in 7-25 working days;
economic delivery (for small parcel) for most country in 15-50 working days.

Due to the size of these parts, we employ specialist delivery service. We offer premium delivery for these parts. Unfortunately, there is no free delivery available for large oversized items. Our shopping cart automatically calculates best delivery price and transit time.

No deliveries will be made on Sundays or Bank/Public Holidays.

We endevour to despatch all international parcels using the most cost effective methods, we'll use a number of couriers to find you the best deal.

Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.

Each country has its own unique import procedures,which are subject to change. If you have an order held in customs then please contact our customer service team with your order number and tracking number, via email. We will do our very best to help resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
